  • Tickets cannot be reused once scanned at the entry gate.
  • Customers must present a valid digital or printed ticket for entry.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

5. Park Rules & Safety

  • Outside food, alcohol, and prohibited items may not be allowed inside the park.
  • Appropriate swimwear may be required for water rides.
  • The park is not responsible for accidents caused due to negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.
